Equipment Agreement

In order to facilitate a sales rep's successful sales campaign AreaGuides.com may, from time to time, loan equipment or supplies to sales representatives and independent contractors. Such loans are temporary and reps should arrange to purchase their own tools and equipment as soon as possible.

The equipment listed below was received by the undersigned. The undersigned agrees that upon request the equipment listed herein is to be returned in good working order within three days. If the equipment is not returned as specified above the it will be considered stolen and appropriate actions will be taken.
