Stephanie Tortorella has been in the personal training field for over five years. She is IFPA Certified and serves clients in Loudoun County and Fairfax County. 

Rates are negotiated with each client.

Stephanie provides personal training packages for special needs, such as:

• Pre and Post Natal Fitness
• Breast Cancer Recovery Program
• Diabetes Program
• Post Rehabilitation for Shoulder and Knee Injuries
• Conditioning Golfers
• Weight Loss/Nutrition

Stephanie will either meet you at a local gym 
or will come to your home – whichever suits you best!

Stephanie offers a 3 part program 
consisting of:

• Nutrition
• Cardiovascular Training
• Weight Lifting/Resistance Training

She also utilizes sculpting classes, body bars, stability ball, and bands for some of the training techniques.
