| The world of real estate can be daunting. There are lots of choices and lots

Sally Bear. Sally has made a mission out of helping buyers and sellers
understand the entire process – in easy, understandable terms. This can
require lots of patience, especially for first time buyers. But patience is in
full supply with Sally. Perhaps her background as a teacher has helped. She
knows that something complex can be made understandable and she enjoys the whole
process of making it so. Sally has been working with Long and Foster Realtors in Leesburg since 1994. She specializes in Western Fairfax County, Loudoun and Clarke Counties and in helping people find the right home. Her passion for looking at homes was what originally drew Sally into the business. Sally believes there is a right combination of price and terms and she feels that her negotiation skills are her strong suit. |

Home Advantage provides information and discounts on services that are often needed by homeowners. Everything from painters and electricians to garden supply stores. There is a program to fit every need. Sally provides services to buyers as well as sellers and looks forward to discussing your real estate needs with you. Sally is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) in addition to being a member of the Long and Foster President’s Club and the Dulles Area Association of REALTORS Million Dollar Club. |
