The Presto staff is dedicated to pleasing YOU ~ our valued customer ~ by paying careful attention to you and the garments you entrust with us. You will notice the difference as soon as you enter the store and are greeted promptly and courteously by our friendly and knowledgeable counter personnel. Your garments will be itemized on computer-generated tickets to ensure accuracy. Then they will undergo an environmentally safe dry-cleaning process and will be inspected no less than five times before being returned to you. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Buddy Gritz, the owner, takes pride in his employees, and they in turn take pride in their work. He takes good care of them, so they will take good care of you and your garments. Employee education plays a significant role in the company’s success.

Many Presto employees have attended specialized classes at the International Fabricare Institute (IFI) and continue to receive ongoing training to maximize their expertise. Their accomplishments are reflected in the quality of their work and in their attitudes about their jobs. If you’re not happy, they’re not happy!
